If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to support@phiphicouture.com.

  • Customers have 30 business days from the delivery date to return item(s) for store credit.
  • We DO NOT provide refunds.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • PHI PHI will not accept returns for bodysuits (jumpsuits and rompers are returnable and ARE NOT considered bodysuits), intimates, bathing suits / swimwear, accessories, beauty products and sale items. No store credit will be issued.
  • Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
  • PHI PHI is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.
  • Returns will only be processed once we receive the package. 
  • PHI PHI reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.
