At PHI PHI, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible.



Payment Confirmation

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.



  • Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed same day and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. During periods of high demand, such as sales and new drops, this may be subject to delays.
  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.



We offer various shipping rates to fit your fashion needs:
    • USPS Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
    • UPS 2ND Day Air (1-2 business days)
    • UPS Next Day (1 business day)
    • For international orders, we ship via USPS, UPS and DHL’s International Express service

    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.



    Postal deliveries: If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, please feel free to contact us by email we will reply to you within 24 hours.

    Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.


    • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages and not responsible for shipping delays on the shipping carrier’s part.
    • For international orders, we are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes. These fees are not calculated or applied by Phi Phi Couture. If you are unsure about the charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
    • Customers who place orders with a PO box shipping address are automatically assuming responsibility for the successful delivery of their order. We are not responsible for any mis deliveries or unclaimed packages 
    • If your package is lost, stolen or mis delivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the corresponding shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter outside of our control.
    • Please note that mistakes made on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.
    • Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information and link. 


    DELAYS: Sorry, we know you wanted your package yesterday! But, if you package hasn’t arrived by the average shipping times, don’t worry, it has most likely taken the scenic route to you and will hopefully be with you shortly. Please check tracking again and if it hasn’t arrived after two weeks, contact us immediately.
